Log In to the Agent Mobile App

  1. Open the app.

  1. If opening the app for the first time:

    1. Tap Allow to allow EEM to send you notifications.

       

       

       

       

       

    2. Enter the activation key you wrote down earlier.

    3. Tap Activate.

  1. If your company has a multi-tenant WFM system, select the WFM system to log in to.

  1. If your company enabled the Multi-language feature, select your Language preference.

    EEM uses the language you select only in the Agent Mobile app.

    When you log in to the agent portal, select the language to use in the agent portal and for all messages EEM sends you.

  1. Enter your login credentials.

  1. Tap Sign In.

  1. If signing in for the first time, your device allows biometric authorization, and your company enabled the Bio Authentication feature, you can select whether to use biometrics to log in to the mobile app.

     

    You can manage how you log in to the mobile app on the Settings > Manage Sign In screen.

 

Your EEM Agent Mobile app session times out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
